Academic Presentation Session – Call for Reports

Scope of Submissions：
Quantum physics and quantum technology, semiconductor physics and microsystems, optics and photonics, condensed matter physics, semiconductor materials and frontier optoelectronic technologies, interdisciplinary science and other related topics

Submission Method：Please complete the submission information in the corresponding section of the conference registration form below.

General Registration Procedure

Participants are kindly requested to click the Registration link or scan the QR code on the right to fill in the registration information and complete the conference registration.

After your registration is approved, all conference materials, including the programme guide, will be sent via the official GCPD email address. Please ensure that a valid e‑mail address is provided.

Registration Fees

  1. The fee schedule is as follows (early‑bird rate valid until 5 September 2026; regular rate applies from 5 September onwards):
  • Faculty: 2000 RMB (early‑bird) → ‌2500 RMB‌ (regular)
  • ‌Student: 1500 RMB (early‑bird) → ‌2000 RMB‌ (regular)
  • On‑site individual registration: 2500 RMB (includes meals during the conference)

2. GCPD members are entitled to the student rate (please send scanned copies or electronic versions of valid identification, including your ID card, student ID and membership certificate to: conference@gcpd.de)

3. The above registration fees cover only tea breaks and meals during the conference; Transportation and accommodation are not included.

GCPD Membership Registration

Membership Fees:

  • Student member: €10/year
  • Lifetime member: €100
  • Corporate member: €1000/year
  • Lifetime honorary corporate member: €10,000
